Hero Hockey India League get there Umpire Panel.

The upcoming Hero Hockey India League announced there panel of umpires, who will officiate 34 matches of the league across the five venues- Delhi, Jalandhar,  Lucknow, Mumbai and Rachi from the 14 of January 2013 to 10 of February 2013.

From the 12 umpires in the umpire panel, eight are Indian umpires-

 Raghu Prasad, Javed Shaikh, Gurbinder Sangha, Ripudaman Sharma, Anil Sharma, Suresh Thakur, Pankaj Tyagi and Harsha Vardhan are the Indian members of the umpire panel.

The panel also features Australian duo Michael Eilmer and  Murray Grime besides of Spain's Marcello Servetto and South Africa's Gary Simmonds.

The very experienced Barry Anderson from  England was appointed as the Tournament Director. Barry has officiated three FIH Champions Trophy, three FIH Champions Challenge and FIH World Cup Qualifying Tournament. 

Barry Would be supported by five Assistant Tournament Directors: Claudius De Sale, Munner Mohammad, Shakeel Qureshi, Ian McKay and Howard Pollard

There will also be a 10-member Judges Panel of the league. The panel comprises Sonia Bathla, Davinder Bhatia, Kalvin d’Cruz, Nidhi Gupta, Khalid Hussain, Michael Lal, Milind Narwekar, Harinder Sangha, Anjali Sharma and Avinash Srivastava (all from India).
